I have a 9900kf right now and I was looking at the i7 13700k and was wondering what would be better a new cpu or a upgrade from my rtx 2070 for vdj and streaming

My vote would be .. a faster GPU would be the choice.
You can use Task Manager .. and check what resource is your bottleneck.
(which component is being used the most, or at its max)
My guess again, is it's the GPU.. especially if you are wanting 2.0 stems.
Others may also have advice.
