I hope everyone is doing great.
I am using Ddj-1000 and I use echo out effect a lot.
Is there any way that I can have echo out effect permanently, even after I restart the virtual dj or switch around the Fx knob?

You could edit PADFX1 or PADFX2 pad page and replace one of the effects there with Echo Out.
The script you need is something like this: padfx 'echo out' 85% 70% 62.5% 20% on
