I can't hear anything out of my headphones in cue or even when the music is playing through speakers. How do I fix it?

well what kinda stuff are you trying to use controller? multi channel sound card?
what type brand model etc....

Basically, I have the numark mixdeck quad and speaker headphone selected. Very basic. The speakers are connected to the back of the mixer for left and right.
I just need to know what would make the headphones not be able to be heard either when music is playing or when trying to cue something up. Thank you

in VirtualDJ Settings->ExclusiveAudioAccess to Yes makes any difference ?
