Is it possible for the browser view to update in the order of my color Rules.

So you need the last rule to have priority ?
You just need to invert the Order of your rules. So instead of having them like in your photo (green, yellow, magenta, red as last), you need to have the red rule first, then magenta, yellow and the green as last.
Right-click on the cog icons of the rules to move up/down

I've tried it that way, but I can't get what I want.
I once removed the red is not that important.
I've watched a screenshot again.
My current track is playing on the right deck. Now I would like the middle browser window to be sorted in order of the color rule, as first all green then yellow and so on..

If I understand you correctly, you want the list in the browser in the order of your color rules, top priority to the lowest priority? All the greens then all the yellows and finally all the magentas.?
If that is what you are asking, I don't think that is currently possible. A colour column can be added and you can sort on color. But, that does NOT sort on quick filters & color rules, it sorts on manually selected colors only. Hope this helps.
