Topic: Loss of star rating for tracks available in Deezer
Hi,

I use Virtual DJ since many years.

2 months, I started to have issues with the Star Rating for Deezer musics.
The star rating disapear when I restart VirtualDJ, only for Deezer tracks. When I put new star rating they are sometimes not saved.

XML file: I went in the database.xml file. Here is an example.

It is supposed to have a Stars="5" since it is a very good track but there is no information.

Impact: many days of track rating are loss and I am sometimes unable to rate the tracks again, as this is specific to the audience I mix for.

The star rating (from zero to 5) for musics stored on my laptop on the C drive work fine: they don't disappear.

PS: When I start VirtualDJ, there is no issue to connect to Deezer account.
PS: I can send a version of the XML file if it helps.
PS: If you have a way to merge 2 database.xml file, and keep the star rating when filled, I would appreciate to have that tool. In fact, keeping the star rating is important for each track.

Version : VirtualDJ 2023 pc64 build 7482.1932

Please, did you have a similar issue before (even with another music provider) and how did you solve it ?
