Hello,
I have a MacBook 16, i9 with current Mac OS Ventura, also Iām using the latest version of Virtual DJ.
After some time plying with VDJ the jogwheels stop working.
I have to turn the Controller off and again on, to make them work again.
I noticed this a few month ago, but I was on MacOS Beta, so I blamed it on the beta.
This does not happen, when I use Recordbox (licenced with my controller).
Is there a known problem with DDJ-RR?
@devs: are there any logs that I can activate? is there anything that I should check when it happens again?

Aaaawg, (hopefully) solved it on my own after many month struggling and just 2 hours after posting here:(
I changed the USB cable ā¦
For my defence, the USB cable I used was a (not cheap) premium cable, I bought many years ago.
I used it during many gigs in clubs and it always worked.
I had it laying around and as it seems still be in very good condition, I used it despite it age.
It is still working, but the connection to the DDJ seems to have problems ā¦
I noticed it when lifting the DDJ to have a look at the rear inputs.
So as a reminder to myself: ALWAYS CHECK YOUR CABLES, TRUST NONE OF THEM š
