Is it possible to create an online database of stems?
There will be no need to waste time on analysis.
For users to share ready-made stem files to the cloud. Or P2P like torrent...
And for another, VDJ this stem was automatically matched by name (or in another way) and downloaded ready.
Then everything will work quickly on the old hardware.

It's allowing local stem creation for music services that allow cache files. Different thing.
