Hi, I wonder if you could offer any advice please.
This has never happened to me before but now the last 3 times I have played clubs I have tried to use vdj connected to a pioneer ddj400 and then plugged via rca into a standard djm900 club mixer and the programme just freezes and music goes silent. It then kicks back in a minute or so later which is too late.
The only change I’ve made in the past 2 years is different rca (red/white) cable but I used that twice fine but now this has started happening.
Any advice? Thanks

Plugging in [especially just audio] causing program freezes sounds like a power issue.

if its freezing mid set like the title says you may try a new USB Cable also make sure none of the USB hubs in the machine are set to allow power saving.
you haven't done any (windows updates or Mac OS updates) or virtual dj updates in 2 years?
