There seems to be a problem with the volume levels for the NS4FX..
I have tried multiple ways to increase the DB etc but the overall volume doesn't seem to be loud enough even when turned to the max
Is anyone else having this problem? Is there any new updates?

Has it ever been loud enough? Is this a recent issue? What headphones are you using?
The amount of volume you get will depend on your headphones. The drivers in different models vary in efficiency. Some are louder for a given input, whilst some are quieter.
Also the impedance of the headphones will have an impact. Generally, lower impedance = higher volume but it depends on the load the heaphone output is expecting.
