I used the drop down screen to add Numark S7ii and the mic power button finally came on but the mics still don't work. HELP!

Assuming you mean NS7 II, there is no mic power button. Mic on/off yes, but not power.
When you say the mics "don't work", what do you mean exactly?
You have a mic plugged into the mic socket of the NS7 II, the mic gain is up, and the mic switch is on, yes?
At that point you should be able to hear the mic from the output of the NS7 II (assuming you have the master volume up, and speakers connected). Is this not happening?
