I copied files from one folder to another but database is not reading the files that were already in the folder that are the exact same files. For example, I have Run-DMC "It's Tricky" in folder A with que points. I have the same file in folder B that I don't have que points. My question is how can I make my database read the files in different folders or at least the folder I choose? Even if I manually delete the file from folder B and replace it with the file from folder A, it still won't read it.

Within vdj delete the none cued version then [also in vdj] copy the cued version across. Files don't hold cue meta data, it's held by the database file, the DB is only aware of what happens from within vdj.

If you use the VirtualDJ browser for the move file, copy file etc, the information is contained for the "new" file location as well
