Using the Numark Party Mix 2 is there any way to adjust the speed at which the audio you are scratching resets to full speed when you let go of the jog wheel? Because of the settings I am unable to use specific techniques. It is like a turntable with not enough torque.

thats typical for cheap midi controllers.
You can try set touchWheelBackspin to "no" in settings for a bit "tighter response"
