Does anyone have experience to play videos with VDJ for a machine with this spec.
Or should i look for Intel with dedicated Nvidia card instead?

I would go with Intel/nVidia combo, because you can have mathEngine running on the GPU instead of CPU.
Also in the past certain controller drivers had issues with AMD based systems (mostly due to chipsets that support AMD CPUs, but that's way too technical to explain further)

I've always used Intel i7 or older equivalents and never ever had any issues. That's since 1999 so I've never ever wanted to go down the AMD route. Of course it's personal choice.
