Can I use Serato or any other Control Vinyl with Virtual DJ? I have VirtualDJ 2020 PRO Infinity and I don't want to change the software.
I ordered Virtual DJ Control vinyl for over 2 weeks. My account is debited and they got my money but they totally ignored my order. When I try to get help, I was told that they can't even see that my order has been processed. This is very disappointing. I have been using Virtual DJ for nearly 20years. I never thought they would be so bad with customer services.

Yes, you can use lot's of different control vinyl types with VDJ
I've personally used SERATOs a few times
