Okay… probably a silly topic but here we go…
I have a Pioneer DDJ1000 running comfortable on VDJ.
I hate Reckordbox, Find it too clunky/messy hence using VDJ for 5+ years! - Runs a dream!
When I select “Echo Out” FX on the FX selector, it loads “Echo Out” for a split second before loading the “Flanger” effect.
Im guessing VDJ doesn’t have its own “Echo Out” FX?
Is there a plug-in I can download that’s simulator to Serato’s “Echo-Out” effect?
If so, how do I download it, install it and set it to activate when I select the “Echo-Out” effect in the selector.
I should know how to do this, but in all honesty. I’ve never touched the plug-in side of things!

vdj has echo out, the effect name is "echo out" there's also loop out, there are subtle differences.

like all fx from the extensions tab
give the dial a twist while in the mapping window look what script it pulls up, it should be apparent after that.

I have been dealing for a long time simulate rekordbox effects on pads .
Trail On is better but VDJ has problems with settings .
effect for flanger is VST2 - EfektorFL3606
V Brake - Slipbrake8 not have mute when hold pads (that's a shame)
