Hey guys, when I expand the folders on the C drive in the Left pane, the folders are listed in Alphabetical order but stops at L then Program Files is the next folder under it, how can I view the entire A-Z list of folders please?

P is after L .. but you mean it stops there? Not showing any folders after?

correct, not showing the rest of the folders after L. I double checked with versions on both a laptop and desktop pc, the desktop stops around L too. Yahoo mail is not working right now so I can;t upload a screenshot from my phone for you to see but will do so soon as it it is working again.

Ok, here's a screenshot, where the red arrow is pointing at the bottom of the image that's what I mean, I am not seeing a way to see the remaining folders after L:

You were on the money. I checked inside the folder in Explorer and there was one strange file by itself, I had no idea what that file was, was not an mp3 so I deleted it, problem solved, thanks!!

Sorry no, I didn't want to take any chance that it might be virus related so I made no attempt to open it or keep it on my pc.
