I see yer all busy with all kinds of issues. I just paid my monthly licence 5 days ago and it locks me out like it's just been downloaded. Plz let me know if there's a fix on my side. I would uninstall the previous updates or two, but I dont have the option.

Were you not in contact with Support earlier today, and refunded (due to an error with auto renewals)
And asked to re-subscribe?

All you need to do is subscribe again and all will be fine ;-)

I have the same problem. My ContentUnlimited video subscription says... Subscription Error (your credit card couldn't be charged on June 25 2021) I looked at my bank statement and my automatic payment did get paid per usual. I do not show any refunds after my payment. If I subscribe again I will be double charged. How do we fix this? I'm paying for a service I cannot use.
