So I am a VDJ Pro user for many years. I have been able to figure out things pretty easily. Check forums from time to time, but I have not been able to figure this one out. I have a Surface Pro 7 with Windows 10, which works perfectly with my Pioneer DDJ SX2. I just got the DDJ SR2 as an additional controller. With the SR2, the pads stay lit White and I am able to change it temporarily by selecting the stems and then going back to the Hot Cues (I have a video I can share to show the issue). Is there something I can do, a script or something in the settings to fix this? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Could it be representing hotcue 9-16?
I've seen other have a problem with white hot cues when not realizing they are in hot cue 9-16 mode

I have the factory settings and default skin as well. I have not changed anything as far as that is concerned...
