I didn't tested my videoskin with pro account it is BAD LOOKING
there is a problem with the picture I didn't fix but hide with VDJ LOGO
As i use it as an addon there is no issue but in videoskin logo react to setting video logo
Red one in home user version is doing the job
However the gray one in pro is transparent
and if logo is hidden ... everything is visible
and with a custom logo ^^ depends on size but is almost all the time unusable

Is there a way to force the red logo to appear i.e. as an icon ?
or should it be hard-coded in the skin graphic ?

I don't quite understand what you mean...
videoLogo setting has nothing to do with videoskins.
videoLogo appears on top of video output, regardless of your skin.
If you are using a home license you can't get rid of it.
If you are using a pro license then you can turn it off, use your own graphics etc
And if the placement of default logo doesn't suit your needs, then yes you can hardcode one on a videoskin as well and switch off native logo (as long as you have a PRO license)

I'm not wanting to switch the logo off but the opposite ^^ make the VDJ logo appear even when Pro
but in videoskin "<logo>" verb makes the selected user logo appear instead of VDJ one (or tranparent gray one) not taking care about the specified size and pos

In fact I was only using RED VDJ logo to hide bad drawings and figure out it was only hiding correctly for Home users. Pro have gray one when used as a non videoskin only and it is transparent :\

I'm sure VDJ Logo can be shown even in Pro in skins but not sure for videoskins, maybe as a visual or an icon
I redraw correctly the picture (best solution) but it would be fine to know how to exactly use <logo> in skins and videoskins
