Not a real skin issue... but a (already reported) skin engine issue
size of context boxes depend on main window size and ratio
i.e.: specially noticeable in extra windows where dropdown/popups can be oversized or undersized just by resizing main window
most of the time it is only /2 or *2 due to resizing limitation but may also depend on DPI
