So my mate has tried to get his VMS5.0 to work on the PC windows 10, but it is failing to install the drivers, we have uninstalled the ASIO drivers and re-installed numerous times but still isn't working, it is detecting the device but says there are no drivers installed even though we clicked on install the drivers.
even when we go into device manager and select the device which has an exclamation mark next to it, we click update drivers, we get a message saying:
Windows encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device.
USB audio device - the system cannot find the file specified.
if you know the manufacturer of your device, you can visit their website and check the support section for drivers.
any ideas?
