Topic: VDJ Remote: Two networks on a Mac?

I'm using virtual DJ on a MacBook Pro 13". I have a private network setup in my rig, that allows me to control my mixer, my lighting rig and my virtual dj remote on an iPad. Unfortunately, when I hook up my MacBook and iPad to the private network, I lose internet access. So I can't download music or use Ask.The.DJ. Is there a way to connect to a secondary wifi network in the venue that I'm playing at to have internet access for downloading or getting requests?
