ever since the upgrade my program lags and glitches how do i fix it

might be your computer is not quite strong enough for doing on-the-fly stems separations (drum vs vocal vs instrument versions of any song)
Try this, set precomputeStems to "only use precomputed" in settings.
That should make the program run as light and fast on the computer as before, yet allow you to still use stems, via right click in browser to pre-calculate stems prior to mixing. And even if you opt to not use stems, then this setting will in essence be same as turning off stems, if you never pre-analyze any, while you still have the 3band waveform available etc.

Sorry but "lags and glitches" isn't enough information for anyone to be able to give you a solution.
What is lagging and glitching? The audio? The video? Waveforms?
Are you using a controller? Which one? If so, it could be that your latency is set too low.
Are you on a PC or a Mac? Are you playing audio files or video? What's the system spec of your unknown computer?

if its audio glitches, set higher audio buffer at the driver. Try 256 or 512 samples
If you are using a dj controller try set higher buffer in the asio driver for that controller

What kind of lags and glitches?
Is it in the audio? Or, is it in the skin on screen, or is it in the video output..
If its audio only glitches you meant, try setting higher audio buffer at the NS6
Try 256 or 512 samples (asio settings)
