I am new to this. But every time I try to load a track on the deck - nothing plays. However, once a song did play but all the other times it doesnt. How do I fix this?

Are you using any controller or mixer, or just computer alone?
One possible reason for not playing might be that the sound card is already in use.
In VirtualDJ sound settings, is there error displayed at any of the entries?

Although if you say it says length 00:00, its perhaps a corrupted or missing file (aka no length to play)
When you drag to deck, does it say any error message?
