Topic: Red sign by every track

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I can’t load any music on deck and there’s a red sign by every track I have in my file. Also I can’t search music in the online browser.

That means the file is missing..
In other words the file path saved in the VirtualDJ database is a link to a file that is no longer there, has been renamed or have had the directory (folder) renamed

You probably renamed folder, moved folder, or similar outside of VirtualDJ?

If so just add new location (right-click folder(s) and choose "Add to search db")
And after that you can click the small radio dot at browser left-side toolbar and choose "remove missing"
