I have the latest nvidia drivers installed and Im running directx 12 I noticed that when im in 64 bit mode when i click anything in the vj skin it flickers , but it 32 bit mode it doesnt flicker and I have tried different skins including the default any help would be great

windows > settings > system > display >
Then look across from the rearrange displays at the top to the Do you have a question ?
Underneath that will be a list of 4 options,
The bottom option is about fixing screen flickering.
