Topic: How to script an LFO

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

So recently I've had to move to VirtualDj 2020 which doesn't support old 32bit plugins anymore, only 64bit or through VDJ Script.

On my previous VirtualDJ, I had a bunch of plugins that don't work anymore and one of them was a god-send for mixing two songs and that was the LFO.exe (Low Frequency Oscillator). The store doesn't seem to have anything relevant either.

I'm pretty sure I'd be able to fix something up in VDJ script, but I have no idea how to write scripts.

Anyone know of a good LFO?

You had to move? Why? What happened?

VDJ 2020 does support 32 bit plugins - if you run the 32 bit version. That would be the easiest solution if you have a lot of 32 bit plugins that you want to use.

A possible alternative is to use JBridge which can bridge between 32/64 bits plugins.

It's a commercial product but there is a demo to try before buy to see if you can use it in your case: https://jstuff.wordpress.com/jbridge/
