Hi all
I'm using VDJ 8 and using Numark mixtrack platinum controller. Went to use the controller again but VDJ 8 cannot find it. I have tried a different USB cable and checked USB ports on laptop and they are all working but VDJ 8 is still unable to find the controller. It has shown on bottom tab there is no sound card.
Any ideas? Thanks

If you are using Windows, does it show up in Device Manager when connected?
