Hello, I've recently had a problem with the hard drive of my pc which deleted y entire data including the data of virtual dj in the old hard drive, now that I've purchased a new hard drive and installed virtual dj and also purchased a controller numark nv, while I was testing it on virtual dj I had an active license. But after I plugged the numark nv, my numark party mix with virtual dj LE license got kind of blocked and replacing it with a pro trial demo and two liscenses of the two screens of the nv controller and not letting me have the access of the inital virtual dj LE features and putting it back to demo and. Still having the pop-up of the paid services. I've tried everything reinstalling the program, disconnected my account and reconnecting it, searching on the program files of my computer and also inserting the party mix license code.
