I'd like the singer rotation to keep the singers in rotation that do not have a song. I have plenty of regulars that will stay in rotation but give me a song right before they are to sing because they will sing songs that fit the feel of the previous singers or they only give me one song at a time.
Also, for singers that do submit multiple songs, group them together. (See Lyrx features)
