Topic: Filter Folder & Asio Problem on 64bit version

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Hi,
I need help and advise.
1) Ever since I use the 64bit version the program took a longer time (about a minute) to open & windows 10 notified with an error message.
After the program open, whenever I try to open certain filter folders the library just froze for about a minute. It's annoying & frustrating to me whenever happened in the middle of my set. Speed is an essence in our line of duty.
2) Asio setting in my SX3 are unable & I have to use wasapi. This also happen to DJM-850 (Already reinstall the driver twice to make it work). Some hardwares work better on Asio then wasapi especially on scratching mode.
These 2 problems also affected the 32bit version.
Kindly advise me ASAP. I rely on vdj to work flawlessly.
My laptop is Lenovo Y500

What columns do you have enabled in the VDJ browser? Anything that reads the file dates?

Where are your tracks stored (internal or external drive)?

Perhaps your virtual folder has bad links in it?

Please stop SHOUTING. Type normally (lower case).

The picture you posted is folder list, not the browser columns.

I asked if you had the file date column displayed, because it will slow VDJ down if you do.

I didn't know that typed in capital is shouting. Look offended to you? I just want to differentiate between my question & your answers.
I didn't display file date column.
