I am a long time user. I know how to adjust the master volume and the mic volume. The issue is that when i go to talk on the mic despite having the master volume up loud enough for music the master volume needs to be higher. But if I do that its to hot for DJing. So is there a way to reduce the music volume via software or increase the gain on the mike so that it is higher. Like the way you can adjust the headphones gain via software.
So just to clarify if I am DJing a show and my master is on 40% and my faders are at 100% (0db) and I want to jump on the mic and shout out to the crowd despite the mic volume being maxed out 100% its not loud enough and I have to adjust my master wich the turns up my music. ( side note mic is SM58 and the cord is good

Turn down the master further while talking, then bring it back up when finished?

Use the zerodb option to lower the output of the music?
