Well, you have to remember that the resources needed to do an Android port of the software (like this would be) is about as big as when an old gas based car manufacturer decides to start building electrical cars
It's certainly not a trivial task to get started - and will then be an additional cost for each new release of VDJ
Plus some features probably will not port to Android
