Topic: New PC not communicating my gemini g2v controller

Hi Dear, recently I purchase a new PC, downloaded my already license VDJ infinity. But I cant get PC and my Gemini G2V midi controller to communicate.Though it will work with old PC. Both PC's are windows 10. Please any ideas?

Yes I have. I've tried reinstalling over and over and nothing. There is something on my mind though. I can't remember if my G2V came with its own license key.
