Topic: Videos Freezing on my new MacBook Pro

I just got a new MacBook Pro and am having issues with the videos freezing. I'm using an external HD for the videos. It works PERFECTLY when I use the MacPro (Trash can) on our main system. MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) 2.2gh Intel Core i7 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB. Running the latest VDJ Update on BOTH machines.... Laptop still freezes video. PLEASE HELP! Thank You!

Try setting the DXVA setting (sorry not in front of my mac to confirm the exact option name) to no.
