The Keyboard mapping has a "key" called ONINIT
Assign whatever action you want to this key. It is called upon startup of VDJ.

I mean, for example, controller X is connected, virtual dj start and detect controller, virtualdj enable function Z who is mapped to the button Y

I only mentioned the keyboard ONINIT because
1) you didn't say you are working with controllers
2) your account doesn't show a controller or pro licence which is mandatory to work with controllers.
