The Video Editor is great but i find for what i need its somewhat lacking a little..
I'm wondering if you devs could consider adding:

Timeline video editing - at the moment we get an audio waveform then we can add videos to parts of the waveform in a kind of timeline, but i'd find it easier to have it more like the automix editor..

Cover Art - please could we have option to resize the image as most of the time it stretches it out across the screen and it look ugly :(

We need the audio waveform of the video in order to make a sync.

Also the lack of a split tool makes nearly to impossible to do a good video edit on the fly.

Please add it too.

One year after we still need some tools to sync audio with video in the video editor. It's very hard to do a lip-sync within VDJ, if only could see the audio waveform of the video I could do the sync by matching it with the CD audio.

Please.

....but if you're doing video editing to that degree, why are you not using i.e. Adobe Premiere etc?

Use the right tool for the job. VDJ is DJ software, not video editing software :-)

I play music in VDJ, but if I want to edit it, I use Adobe Audition.
