This is an up-to 4 deck video transition. Being for use with more than 2 decks it completely ignores the video crossfader (in fact it disables auto & link, and centers it, restoring when deselected) and uses the level faders instead to mix.
No level faders up: No video
1 level fader up: 1 video
2 level faders up: 2 videos side by side
3 level faders up: 3 videos displayed
4 level faders up: 4 videos displayed

I'd recommend you have videoVolumeLink enabled so the videos will fade with the level fader.
