Yes I'm broadcasting now. If you like I can stay on and test it for you.

Could just be a slight connection drop. Does it come back?

actually yours works great now. Just that I had to shut down VDJ8 for it to work. I dunno why but VDJ8 lags my whole system once I start sliding through full screen apps.

Ok - have you broadcasted before?

Posted Sat 17 May 14 @ 11:14 pm
on VDJRadio yes, but never PC-to-PC. Even with 7 I couldn't get it to work and when someone would connect it would crash it.

I am unsure of the ins and outs of VDJRadio. But did you have to open a port on you internet router for it?

For direct broadcasting you need to open port 8000.

Tried that now and it crashed twice when connecting..

VDJ crashed?

That should happen if your trying to adjust your router.

Yes. I opened the ports and it crashes VDJ as soon as I used my iPhone to connect to the website to test it.

No nothing.

Are you sure you got the ports opened correctly?
I got a new router a few months back and took me hours to figure the thing out! lol

Yes I have UDP and IP open and it just crashed when I typed this. LOL

I think I figured out the crashing problems on the Mac when closing and the lag issues... It could be due to Parallels being installed..

Are you running through Parallels?
