Thinkin of buying above currently using pcdj dex original not 2 and mixvibes cross dj will i need to upgrade to a better version of vdj or will le be enough ... im mainly a wedding dj

Obviously depending on what you want to use it for. Are you a bedroom DJ (no dis-respect intended), just starting out, bar/club dj? Also check out the comparison page HERE for more information on the differences between the version.
Also worth thinking about the imminent release of Virtual DJ 8. I am not aware of any LE versions that have an upgrade route to version 8. So if you wanted 8, you would need to upgrade to Pro anyway.
If you did have LE then there is usually a discount for purchasing pro. All you would need to do is enter the serial number of your LE edition in the "Upgrades" section of the BUY page and the discount price will be shown for you.
