Topic: HELP.......

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I am using a Hercules console RMX with Virtual DJ and I have 2 Stanton CD players. The CD players are connected directly to the Hercules mixer. My problem is the Hercules mixer at times loses the connection to the CD players. For example: I will be playing a song on the left CD player and once I fade over to the second player at times the mixer will lose connection to the first CD player by me selecting another song or by using the backspin affect. It does not happens at worried times so i can't really figure out why it does it. I can simply reconnect by going into the settings but when reconnecting you get a pause of sound for a second which when people are on the dance floor is not good for that pause. Can anyone tell me why at times I lose connection with the CD players and provide a solution.
Thanks fellow DJ's......

You'll need to provide much more information if you want us to seriously help.

First off though, you might want to register your VDJ serial number into your profile. This will allow you to download the latest version, which might already be a solution to your problem if you are still using an old version of the software.

Then move on to the details:

- PC or MAC ? Which version of the operating system ?

- Detail the audio configuration you are using for VDJ.

- Define what you mean exactly by "loosing the connection"?

Sorry about that guys I am new to this. I will provide more info regarding my issue was I get home. Thank you for your response.
