hi i juust got my numark mixtrack quad pro with a virtual DJ software 7 LE CD. i downloaded the software on my mac but whenever i try mixing the sound never comes out. please help!

Hi register your serial here http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html licences, that will let you download & install the newest version of LE,( iOS update conflicted with shipped versions of LE) if the problem persists, report back.

Fez um tempo atraz que eu comprei uma controladora Numark de serie 600095 ou 3049999 eu acho que é isso, perdi o serial de acesso preciso reinstalar novamente.
Agora pra quem eu peço o serial desse equipamento????

Pease use the serial as it is stored in your Account on VirtualDj Site under "My Account/ My Licences".
Ther Key is already registered, so it should work fine.

Meu Virtual DJ LE parou de funcionar de repente. Eu até tinha guardado o numero de serial, mas perdi, esse numero veio junto com o cd de instalação, agora preciso reinstalar novamente, acho que esse é o caso, ou se tem gente que possa me ajudar recuperar esse programa, por acaso alguém sabe como recuperar o serial???

I have the Numark Mixtrack 3, which comes with Virtual DJ LE, TOOLROOM ARIST PACK AND PRIME LOOPS, having a problem downloading Virtual DJ LE. All I have is a serial number. It did not come with a CD of and kind. It was brought new. Where do I start. I am not a computer person.

very easy. Just register the serial number on your account and you can download VDJ LE under My Account on top.

Sorry bud, this is an English only forum. If you have lost the serial number on the CD jacket that came with your controller, I suggest contacting support. They are the only ones that can help.
