Topic: video plays fine, but if I fast-forward the audio goes out of sync - by at least 10 seconds!!!!

On my music videos I have a problem when I forward to a certain track on the file (only had it happen on live/concert files, but I suppose they would be the only ones I would be cue-ing anyway!!).Video and audio are fine, but once I search along the time-line the audio goes out by miles!! Is there any way to solve this? I has happened on .mkv, .avi and mp4 files.
