Maybe I posted this in the wrong area. Sorry for duplication.
My understanding is that the 3rd button from the top in the Playlist window labled "New Songs Only" is supposed to allow removal of songs that have been loaded at least once.
No matter what I do to that button, songs are always removed from my playlist when I load them. How do I get this to not happen ?

As i read "the manual" it appears the function you describe is correct and it seems to work ok in on mine although i can,t say i have used it before..(but i just tried it)
You can always save the playlist and reload it, I'm sure you know this...
So what you are asking is for the song to remain in the playlist window even after its just been played but to show the played symbol against it?
this may not be an answer to your question but hopefully it describes it a little better...
