So i have a couple questions...
I am currently using VDJ home free edition just so i can practice without paying money and Im now confident i have gotten much better and Im wanting to buy an All in one Controller and im not sure as to which one would be the best for me. I like to do dubstep remix shit.. I also want to know more about what cables I would need once, I buy a controller and want to hook it up to my Macbook pro and run VDJ. All information will help me, i have no idea about any of the cables n' shit .

First off what do u mean by all in one controller?????

If you mean able to control VDJ as well as be a standalone unit & able to use a ipod, play cds, & have usb ports for hard drives built into the unit then go with the Numark Mixdeck...

Now if you want something that will just control VDJ then I use & highly recommend the Numark Mixtrack Pro.....The other unit that is in this class that is spoken highly of here on the forum is the Hercules RMX

I guess the main thing depends on your budget as well..

I dont think money is a problem, Im just looking for something like the RMX that will allow me to connect to my laptop and control VDJ. I also want it to have lots of effects so I can make the music more of my own twist... im somewhat new to this so im just looking for what would be a good buy and such.

If you will be scratching, then make sure that you purchase a controller with touch-sensitive or pressure sensitive jogwheels such as the MixTrack Pro or newer Hercules 4-Mx or 4Set.

The RMX does not have touch sensitive jogwheels.

how to download virtual dj effect? why not?

how do i use the free month trial of groove shark with my virtual dj broadcaster program?
it says i have a free one month memborship

There really needs to be a topic for this one that can answer this question for every newbie that asks tis because I was asking the same thing when i got here.

Just to give a a it of this answer, i downloaded the demo, then looked for weeks for the right controller. Consider a few things. How much do you want to spend and how serious are you about this because this hobby isn't cheap. Music costs, controllers cost, amps, speakers and so on.

Go look at controllers, read up on them because I went through 2 controllers before I ended up wit the RMX. Everyone has a feel for their controller of choice.

Please go to http://grooveshark.com/#/redeem

NOTE: This is a trial of Grooveshark's own service, not NetSearch.

Hi guys,

I just bought a ASUS N53S Intel core i7-2630QM, 2.0GHz, 12GB Memory Ram, 1GB Video memory, Nvidia Geforce GT54M, 500GB Hard Drive.

Everything is just perfect. But, I just realize that when I start Virtual Dj and play my Video music, loos really bad and freeze.
I tried so many ways to configured Virtual dj and my video settings and nothing apparently works.

I play music every Sunday for a BAR and I would like to know if any body can help me resolving this problem before then.

Thank you all in advance,

Le Bambino
