Topic: Master Volume

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Well I've had a good search to find the answer to this one but.....no joy so I thought i'd ask

The kit
I have a HD2500, BU2500 and an MC6000 which I use with a HP Laptop.

The issue
Virtual DJ has a master volume control at the top left of the screen. I find that every time start VDJ that it is almost up fully. This makes VDJ through my MC6000 so much louder than the HD2500/BU2500. I have to turn the VDJ master volume down every time.

The resolution........hopefully
So is there any way to save the setting of the master volume to save me having to remember every time?

Many thanks in advance

Craig

Go to CONFIG -> Mappers -> MC6000

Click + (Add) and choose ONINIT in the list of keys.

Map it to the following Action:

master_volume 50%

(Or any other preferred value of your choice.)
