How do i change the pitch on tracks very gradually. When move the pitch slider either manually with the mouse, or the controller i use, the BPM sometimes jumps up by 1.0 - 1.5% which is obviously very, very noticeable when playing vocally trance music.
How can i physically control the pitch going up by a maximum of 0.2% to aleviate obvious increases in pitch?
Many thanks.

It should actually be in increments of less than 0.05 when in 10% pitch mode to be really useful. Tractor has dedicated onscreen buttons to do that, in addition to its pitch bends. Heck, even the totally free Mixxx has a better implimentation in this regard than VDJ. Right now, there doesn't seem to be any method other than mapping some keyboard keys for that purpose in VDJ. I've done that (four, actually: two crude, two fine), but it would be nice if the mouse wheel did that instead and also if left clicking above and below the fader position did it, too... kind of like in Torq, but 0.01-ish instead of 0.1. (hint: when mapping keys you have to do it in terms of % of the pitch range %, so fine would actually be like 0.001) You can't mix well in Torq with a mouse at 0.1 resolution. I think the fader jumping to a new spot when you left click there is redundant, since you can already click and hold it to move quickly and in large amounts.

lock the key and you'll never notice the speed variation
