This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Hello All,

I have been having the same lock up problems, I use a Toshiba satellite A665....I have tried help from both Toshiba, numark and vdj, at this point after all the numark products and VDJ products I have bought in my 16 yr dj carrier, I think im done......Both I think im going to put in the trash because I wouldnt even give it away to anyone....the only non numark products I own are my Technic 1200's and my pioneer djm 800...Im about to make a rather large investment for my dj business and unless i see progress with this piece of equipment, I wont be buying this junk again or any other Numark product.....oh and add VDJ to the list...Thanks for taking the fun right out of my mixing, least my vinyl never fails me in front 500 people....

Thanks for your time

A very unhappy loyal customer....

Please register your serial number for your product(s) and download the latest version from the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

Once you have done this, please read the appropriate FAQ pages:

Also, when using a computer for DJ'ing (Regardless of whether it is VirtualDJ or any other DJ software), you should always have a back-up system that you can fall back on in an emergency. Computers can and will crash, but when maintained and configured properly, this will be a very rare occurrence: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Do%20I%20need%20a%20backup%20system%20on%20stand-by.html
