I have a basic DJ setup 2 ch mixer speakers and VDJ I was wondering what I need to buy so that I can do Karaoke.

well beside the obvious karaoke tracks, i would suggest a live music mixer like Mackie (cfx/dfx series). you can run your DJ mixer into a stereo channel on that or use the rca record out of that into your mixer. also some good sturdy mics (sm58's) an a 2nd monitor for the Singers screen

try something like this. built in effects and multiple mic channels. you can run your stanton board into this as well.

can some1 direct me to what/where i should be searching for a starter karoeke package IE music downloads so forth..im searching online but i have no idea what im looking for...i want to start with i guess a basic cd that has them on there or even indivual tracks..my goal is for a kids party for practice and if it goes ok to up it to more.
