Hi all,
I just want to check before I re-install Virtual DJ that I do not have to back anything up or save anything.
I am 99.9% certain that uninstalling 5.2.1 will leave all Virtual DJ folder intact and a frsh install of v6.0.2 will pick everthing back up again.
The only thing I need to do is re-build my database which v6 will do automatically...
For some reason I'm nervious about this...

You would be wise to backup the My Documents/VirtualDJ folder before reinstall just in case something does go wrong. This is where your settings and database are stored for internal drives. External drives have the database in the root directory of the drive itself, so it will be there when you upgrade. When you do upgrade, it is very important that you have whatever external drives and hardware connected as if you were setup to play a gig.

Go into VDJ folder in documents and copy the database file to your desktop just incase.
